Valley Forge Private Security objective is to 'hire,' train,' and 'equip' the most disciplined Stand Guard Sentries in 'post-up' building protection & private property protection. V.F.P.S. does confirm that business establishments or clients do look for certain security traits when seeking protection services. Our security traits consist of: credibility, consistency, stability, safety, competency, respectfulness, honesty, effectiveness, accountable, & following protocol. Our goal is to provide proven event security and property protection solutions for each and every client.

Hiring Policy

When it comes to hiring 'quality' Protection Officers, all applicant security permits will be screen by BSIS website to determine validity; all Protection Officers will be subject to individual background check; and all Protection Officers are mandated to follow 'all' rules, policies, regulations, statutes, ordinances, laws, & protocols of BSIS.

Valley Forge Private Security hiring policy consists as follows: Completed application & resume; must pass a 'two' panel sit-down interview; must pass 'two' security scenarios to determine competency & security awareness; each Protection Officer may be subject to drug test; and each Protection Officer 'must' have 'no' exposed tattoos.
